It was finally time to get the third Holy Eye. Andre had helped me in the week before to set up a simple teleporter towards the location. After teleporting, we found ourselves in an ocean, filled with shipwrecks, outposts and giant icebergs. The water was so cold that you started to freeze as soon as you went into it. Kinda reminded me of the icy mountain, just a little bit better. Well, there we found an entrance to an underwater cave, being blocked by some weird magic field. There was also a book written by Silver talking about how he had found this location but couldn’t get to the Artifact before defeating some kind of guardian. But he’d do that after he had dealt with the Council. And while I don’t know when this book was written, I’m pretty sure that this was before his soul got split. There was also some weird horn in there used to summon the guardian. We decided to look around first, finding some pirates inside an outpost that was apparently made out of a broken ship according to their notes. We looked around further, finding some weird fish creatures on the ice, but other than that, nothing too interesting. After looking around for a while, we summoned the guardian. And believe me when I say that the fight was actually challenging. Every time you got her to low health, she just started healing herself, summoned some poisoned chakras and made you levitate around her. And while it took some time, we managed to defeat her, granting us entrance to the cave. We also got the weapon she was using and the helmet she was wearing. Inside the cave was another outpost, filled with pirates and souls. There was also this giant Eel, where we first thought that it was some kind of dragon and asked Kayden if it was related to her. But after fighting through wave after wave of enemies, we finally found the Eye. The “Eye of Dissonance”. A nice black and blue eye, that embodies the eternal struggle between Freedom and Order. Interestingly enough, while Timmy seemed to be really interested in the eye, I still managed to keep it. Even though I don’t even need it. But well, I guess one more to the collection can’t hurt. But now that that’s done, I finally have the time to finish Project Null. I just need to find the right moment…
