Well, well, well. I just witnessed the most interesting kind of performance to me. And just by looking at how far my expectation where from the truth just shows the complexity of the mind and how hard it can be to understand. But let’s get to the start first.
First of all, the more concerning news. Someone new joined the group. She calls herself Kayden and got here by portal just like everyone else. Interesting here is, that the portal she went through was a gateway to traverse the multiverse, instead of the random multiversal gap most of the people here experienced. From what she told us, she had nothing to do with the portal pointing to this world, but that doesn't mean that it was just random. Someone else could have been pulling the strings here to get her here. But then the question is, why? Could her help be important in grander scale or is this truly just a coincidence. I need to further investigate.
Now, for the main Event. I hosted my second gameshow. And this time things went different than I thought. Now, as I already have specialized notes on each member from my last gameshow and the goal wasn’t to just simply gather more data, I’ll instead go over each part separately.
Questions:
Now for the questions, Timmy and Iatros faired pretty decent. Meanwhile Neric and Kayden had a pretty hard time, which isn’t too surprising, as Kayden just joined us and Neric hasn’t been here too long. Now, what surprised me where Andre and Kleckser. Kleckser went from average in the last show to highest score in questions. Only a few points behind him was Andre, which is really weird considering how much time he spends in his cave. That tells me, that while he might not care too much, he’s still very observant. And while Klecksers rise to glory during the questions segment is interesting, I also have to put Chubs missing into that equation. I bet that if he was around, the question bracket would look very differently.
Building:
Now, as it’s been some time, I wanted to reevaluate everyone’s speed. And the results were interesting…
Now, both Andre and Neric shared the most wins here with 2 each. Not surprising considering Andres speed from last time, but this shows that Neric got some speed on his own. Right after them was Kleckser with 1 win. That puts him at around the same speed as last time, so his speed had no improvement. Now for second places, Andre and Kleckser share 2. The last second place went to Timmy, which is interesting considering that throughout the other rounds she only got fifth or last place. On a completely unrelated note, the object she got second place on was nearly completely white. ANYWAYS.
Now Iatros had a somewhat consistent run, with getting 3rd place 4 times. Now Kayden went between 5th and 6th place every time, except the last round. So, she’s either pretty slow, or just still adjusting to this place. Both options could be true, as a defender is normally slower than an adventurer.
Trust fall:
Next up was a game that I wanted to try personally. I gave the players a choice after putting them in teams. Each of them saw the others pits of lava, and knew which places were save to go down. Now I gave them a choice. Either don’t betray each other and put trust into the other person to get 3 points together or get 1 point for every time that their teammate fell into lava. Now either the reward for betrayal was too low, or all of them really have no intentions of ever betraying each other. Not even in a game. But no one choose to betray another. If I ever do an experiment like this again, I might need to give a bigger price for betrayal.
Dropper:
Now just like last time, I gave them a dropper to play. But instead of having elimination points, they had to get together in teams to make the biggest area with their blocks. And just like last time, a block could only be placed where they fell. Now for teams, we had Kleckser and Iatros, Timmy and Andre and Neric with Kayden. Now Timmy and Andre somehow won. So, either, the intelligence Level of the other teams is a lot lower than I originally thought, or they were just too tired to even notice. (My current hypothesis is leaning more towards the first option.)
With that I’ll stop my current report here. I’ve also started with the second phase of project W. Let’s see how far I can actually take this…
