Case 18 (Scattered Pieces)

We started searching for the second eye. It’s in some place called the eastern mines. As Wanda apparently doesn’t know where these mines are located, but I don’t truly believe her. But as she won’t tell us where the mines are, the only way to get there is by doing what she told us to do. And she told us to find the cartographer, as he owns a map to the mines. We met up with him at the post office, but he couldn’t give us the map, as it was ripped into three pieces. Now I’m here, wondering why you would even rip the map into multiple pieces, instead of hiding it. But we need that map, so we have no choice except getting those pieces back. The cartographer had one of the pieces himself, but we have to retrieve the other two. We decided to start with the piece that was stolen by some pillagers occupying the dungeon next to Polaris. It honestly was pretty easy getting through their defenses, as my magic has been steadily growing and I now own a spell that adds a shield to everyone close to me. After reaching the top of the tower, we got the second piece of the map. I personally kept the first piece of the map, while Iatros got the second. Professor Adler has the third piece of the map.
