Case 9 (Arcanium Gateway)

Today Chubs unveiled his way home. A portal that should lead him straight to the imaginary tree, or Yggdrasil as he calls it. With his dragon he wanted to climb or rather fly up the tree to find a portal that should lead into his dimension, as his mentor used to travel the universes. This portal was powered by raw mana, which he got from a flower that turns explosions into mana. So basically, turning raw power into imaginary power. But something failed. He wasn’t allowed to leave. Instead of letting him leave, something or someone destroyed his portal and nearly killed him in the process. Something about not being able to leave on our own terms. Honestly, I couldn’t really hear everything, as the explosion was too loud. After the explosion Andre took Chubs back to his base, as his body was heavily damaged. Meanwhile my work will be to understand what exactly happened that made the portal explode. Was it some kind of magic overload, or was the raw magic too unstable. Or in worst case, did this voice change something in the flow of the mana, to stop him from escaping. Hopefully he’ll recover quickly. I need to be careful during this investigation, as a slight mishap could lead to all mana in this area vanishing in an instant. Report: From what I’ve seen, someone definitely manipulated the mana flow. While right now I can’t say with exact certainty that the portal would have worked the intended way, it is clear to see that it would have led somewhere. But judging from the mana flow here, someone changed the direction in which the mana was flowing. It’s like changing the polarities of a magnet. The thing is that this means that the portal now wouldn’t get you somewhere else, but do something completely differently. To see what exactly it did after changing polarity I need to examine Chubs once I get the chance. But the explosion probably happened as the sudden change in polarity exercised too much force on the delicate nature of mana. The question is what would happen if the portal got rebuild at the exact same location... As another thing, I decided to add two more layers to my tower. After finishing my trophy room I’m now gonna add a personal farm and my office in the last one. On top of the tower, I’m gonna add a giant white crystal. It just feels natural that this crystal will be on top of the tower. But it also somehow feels kind of nostalgic. G1 to F3
